Newest creation

I've been working on a Afghan for my mom which I haven't gotten too far on because I keep getting side tracked with shorter projects.  Last night I got bored so I decided I would try my hand at something else.








This is my newest item.  It's a basket that I'll keep my yarn for projects that I'm working on in.  I think I'll find some cream yarn and make another in cream with just the fold down flap in a different color.  I had a lot of fun making this look forward to making another soon.

My current project

Today my son had Mom & Muffins at school.  It's so cute watching the interaction with the other kids at school.  Talking with other mom's was nice to know that my son is not the only crazy one after school.  Boy he gets home from school at it's like wacky child that has broken his off switch.


Anyway, I've been crocheting quite a bit lately.  I'm working on the hexagon afghan for Mom, look forward to seeing how it looks when it's done.  I'm a little concerned with how to sew them all together but I'll figure it out when it's time.  I think it's looking good so far.
